You must feel the hassle of living in this restless world, tired of being who you are, uncomfortable with unexplained feelings and the list goes on. You also aware that no matter what is going on, life must go on whether it is good or bad, suffering or seeking happiness, fulfillment or disappointment and at the end of the day we have to go through it.

Sometimes it's not easy to live a life following other people's dreams. I flashed back to one of my good old days at Wollongong where a mountain range stretching for my eyes that I could embrace the moment and felt calm and relaxed creating energy and strength to return to a more synchronized life. That exact moments of time is when I learned "Nature heals life".
Living in a society that is busy and competitive at the same time do something that we have to feel reluctant to do yet force our feelings regardless of the hesitation we bear in our heart.
Perhaps our mind and thought are getting used to the flow according to other people's desires.
We want to look and be good in the eyes of others. We want to show more compassion with others. However we forgot to return to ourselves and ask is that what we really want?
Many times if we look back and take a deep observation in ourselves, our mind will tell us that the actions that we exhibit are far from our very own calling of purpose. From now on you don't forget to find sometimes emerge yourself to come back to nature. Let's take a good care of our souls and inner call of self-purpose, not for someone else but for ourselves.
You can also try throwing yourself into shinrin-yoku (森林浴), Japanese Forest Bathing, a form of nature therapy. The idea was to go and immerse yourself in designated forest or green park in order to rejuvenate your mind and soul. This is also the best practice for the search of mental oasis, peace, visual beauty and solitude.
Love and Peace from Phnom Penh,
